UMG who now owns the Geffen & Sanctuary Catalogs owns the copyrights on the videos and has control on them. We actually got a copyright infringement filed by them through YouTube for having them on our channel and YouTube threatened to shut our channel down if we didn’t remove them. This was after Brian Wheat obtained permission through the legal channels for me to post them on there a couple years earlier, YouTube basically told me they had the right to change their mind.

what is the deal with some of your videos being private? Some of the videos that you won’t show me on your own website I have on I tunes… dont understand? How can someone else have authority over ” your” video? I have been a fan for over 30 years and I was just wondering.
