Saw Tesla again last night in Lincoln City, OR! June 20, 1987 and May 11, 2013…you guys still sound amazing and the songs have held up. Thanks guys for putting this together. I’m also a musician and appreciate the talent in Dave Rude. We met him after the show by the merch table. If you ever need an opening band on tour, please check us out. Guns N’ Roses was a label mate of Tesla after all!
My first Rock festival: 10th annual Texxas Jam : Boston, Aerosmith, Whitesnake, Poison, Tesla, & Farenheit. It was a high school graduation present from my uncle. I flew into Houston (from Chicago) & we droved up to Dallas. Of all the bands, my uncle liked Tesla performance ( he’s into 50′s & 60′s music). Tesla you rocked that day!!!:)
I was at this show with my best friend. I flew in from Vegas and he picked me up in Midland. We drove to Dallas and had a great time. I was blown away by this new band! I believe that I had just turned 18.
I was at this show. Drove from Nebraska down to Texas to see a great day of Rock & Roll at the Texxas Jam. The Line up was Boston (headliner) Aerosmith, Whitesnake (first show of 1987 US tour) Tesla, Poison & Fareinhiet. Hotter than hell weather & hotter than hell show as well.
1st time I saw Tesla….Texas Jam baby!!! You could tell these guys were going somewhere, and after seeing the Twisted Wires tour at The Ogden Theater in Denver, Colorado a few months ago…..they seriously have only gotten better!! You guys are truly an amazing band, keep it going!!!

always wanted to see them live back in high school but never got around to it but i will june 20 in grand prarie.
